Watch Out Romania- Brazil Wants Your Title

Recently I had posted a blurb about Romania being a nexus of cybercrime. They have a lot of talented programmers and computer gurus and no economy or jobs to support them so they turn to hacking and extortion and organized crime. Brazil is another focal point for hacking activity- grayhat and blackhat. The laws surrounding hacking, cracking and other such cybercrimes are non-existent or ineffective at best in Brazil.
