Network Admission Control System

Cisco has decided to go to war to prevent the spread of network-based worms such as Blaster or Sobig which have recently spread around the Internet and clogged network bandwidth. Partnering with companies such as Network Associates, Symantec and Trend Micro, Cisco is rolling out new technology designed to restrict which devices are able to communicate with the network.
