New and Updated Free Antivirus and Free Anti-Spam Software

I updated and modernized the Free Antivirus Software under Tools and Utilities. The AVG product was updated from version 6.0 to version 7.0 and two new products were added: Clam Antivirus for Windows and ScripTrap.
