Book Review: Mac Annoyances

Sunday January 16, 2005
I think the Apple Mac fanatic police might revoke John Rizzo's membership for suggesting that the Mac is in any way not intuitive or perfect just the way it is, but Rizzo set out to help those who find working with the Mac to have its own annoyances. In fairness, most of the annoyances are with applications rather than with the underlying operating system itself, and many of the annoying applications actually come from Microsoft. Still, if you use a Mac and find that there are some things you wish you could do differently, take a look at this book. Odds are good that you will find a number of the tips very valuable.
