It is generally recommended that you log into your Windows operating system as a normal user for day to day tasks. The Administrator account is generally "all-powerful" and capable of executing any file and changing any system configuration and that sort of power should be reserved for when it is truly needed. When you do need it though, this little tip will help you access the power of the Administrator account without having to log out and log back in.
