Senate SPYBLOCK Act Moves To Floor
Monday November 21, 2005
In June of 2004, I wrote an article about various attempts by the United States House of Representatives and Senate, as well as some individual states, to create new laws and legislation to outlaw spyware. Almost 18 months later, the Senate SPYBLOCK Act is finally making its way out of the Commerce Committee and headed to the Senate floor for a vote. For more about the current status of the Senate SPYBLOCK Act, see this InternetNews.com article, A Senate Shot at Anti-Spyware.
