AOL and Yahoo Charge For 'Business Class' Email

In an effort to sift through the spam, AOL and Yahoo both intend to offer a new services to companies that broadcast mass emails. By paying a fee per email of 1/4 of a penny to a penny per messages, companies can have their emails 'certified' and receive preferential priority for delivery.
