Test Your Spyware Detecting Ability

Monday March 20, 2006
For the most part, sticking to well-known, established web sites is a fairly simple way of staying on the safe side of the Internet. But, there are millions of web sites, most of which have great information and resources available, that don't fit that description. Users need to have more awareness of how to identify and avoid the "shady" sites as they surf around the Web. SiteAdvisor, which recently rolled out a free Internet Explorer and Firefox plug-in to help identify suspicous web sites, has posted a quiz online to allow users to test their ability to recognize the traits of a spyware or malicious web site.
