Hacker's Challenge 3: A Preview

Monday March 27, 2006
I have been working with David Pollino, Bill Pennington, Himanshu Dwivedi and a few others to create the newest version of the Hacker's Challenge series, Hacker's Challenge 3. The book will be in stores soon, but you can read this article and follow the links to read a sample chapter, A Cup Of Chai, written by Himanshu Dwivedi. Enjoy this preview and keep your eyes open for the book. Hacker's Challenge 3: A Preview

I enjoyed the chapter and wish you all well on the book. I am wondering if you guys consider it overly self-serving that the security company in the story is the same company in which the author is a founding partner? For me it made the story one big advertisement.

I didn’t really see it as self-serving or inappropriate. I thought it lended some realism to the story. I suppose he could have made up a fake security firm, but using a real-life one works better in my opinion.
