September Security Bulletins From Microsoft
Wednesday September 13, 2006
Microsoft gave everyone a little break for the month of September. There were only three new Security Bulletins released, and only one of them is rated as Critical. The Critical bulletin, MS06-054, relates to a flaw in Microsoft Publisher which could allow an attacker to execute malicious code remotely on vulnerable computers. To learn more about MS06-054, and the other two September Security Bulletins, along with links to the details from Microsoft and the appropriate patches, see September 2006 Microsoft Security Bulletins.
