The Spam Epidemic

Spam continues to be more than a simple nuisance for users of email- which is essentially every computer user in existence. Spam has evolved some, primarily as it has become the primary delivery mechanism for phishing attacks. A while back I wrote this article, Solving The Spam Epidemic, discussing the problem and some potential solutions, as well as why legislating anti-spam regulations will or won't work.
