12 New Security Bulletins From Microsoft

Sunday February 18, 2007
The year started off a little light, with only four Security Bulletins from Microsoft in January. However, Microsoft is making up for lost time and keeping network and security administrators busy in February with 12 new Security Bulletins, 6 of which are deemed Critical. The list of Security Bulletins includes patches for the standard, recurring applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. This group of Security Bulletins also addresses Critical flaws in the HTML Help ActiveX Control, Microsoft Data Access Components and Microsoft RichSet. For more details about each of the 12 Security Bulletins, with links to download the necessary patches or updates, see February 2007 Microsoft Security Bulletins.
