Congress Takes Another Look at Anti-Spyware Legislation

It has been almost three years since I wrote the article Spyware Legislation which examined some bills aimed at curbing spyware that were pending in the United States House and Senate at the time. Three years later, the SPYACT (Securely Protect Yourself Against Cyber Trespass Act) Act appears to be rising like a phoenix from the anti-spyware legislation ashes.
