Microsoft Security Bulletins For April

This month Microsoft released 5 Critical and 1 Important Security Bulletin on Patch Tuesday. Actually, only four of the Critical Security Bulletins were new because MS07-017 had been released the week prior to address a vulnerability with animated mouse cursors that was being exploited in the wild to attack vulnerable machines. If you do not have Automatic Updates enabled and you have not yet downloaded and applied these patches, you should consider doing so. Check out the April 2007 Microsoft Security Bulletins for more information and to download any necessary patches.
