NAC, or Network Access Control, has been one of the top 'buzz word' technologies for a couple years now. Some vendors would have you believe that NAC is the Holy Grail that will provide the protection your network needs, but many customers are not yet convinced. Still, vendors continue to expand and evolve the technology, and more and more vendors continue to jump on the bandwagon.
