With the recently released 4th edition of Hacking Exposed this book continues to be a staple of the information security book industry. Ranked 4th in all-time computer book sales and translated into 19 different languages the Hacking Exposed book is considered by many to be a "must read" book for anyone involved in information security.
Over the past few years the popularity of the core Hacking Exposed book has spawned platform or application specific offshoots such as Hacking Windows 2000 Exposed, Hacking Web Applications Exposed, Hacking Windows Server 2003 Exposed and Hacking Linux Exposed to name a few.
