from Tony Bradley, your Editor and Guide
There have been a couple fairly serious viruses / worms this week: Fizzer and Palyh. For more information about these new threats visit the Antivirus & Virus Issues Forum.

The 6th installment of Computer Security 101 posted this week. Coincidentally it was devoted entirely to viruses, worms and other malicious code and what you can do to protect yourself.

There was also a book review posted for 'Hiding In Plain Sight' by Eric Cole. This is an excellent book on the subject of steganography (hiding your data for covert communications).

Don't forget to mark your calendar for the upcoming chat session with authors of the Hacking Exposed book series. You can also join in chats nightly. I participate in the chats each Thursday night at 9pm Eastern.
