Enable Security Logging in Windows

The Microsoft Windows operating system can provide a wealth of information that can be used to troubleshoot when things go wrong with your computer. The information in the event logs might be able to tell you the who, what, where, when and how of an attack against your computer and help you figure out what happened and how to fix it. However, the security logging information can't help you if you don't have it and it is not turned on by default. Follow these steps to learn how to turn on security logging in Microsoft Windows.
